  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the app
  • You agree to submit your phone number and / or email-address during account registration. This data can be used to send verification codes via SMS or email through our third-party partner providers
Abuse of our services
  • You must not – or help any others to – access our services in an unauthorized manner (such as for automated account creation or scraping of user data)
  • You agree to use our services only in accordance with applicable laws
  • Your account can be disabled without prior notification if you violate any of our terms
Emergency Services
  • We do not provide access to emergency services (including police, fire department or hospitals)

2gathr grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. If the privacy policy, terms of service or privacy policy are updated, you consent by your continued usage of our services

WE DO NOT CONTROL, AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, CONTROLLING HOW OR WHEN OUR USERS USE OUR SERVICES. THE 2GATHR PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH OUR TERMS, US, OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF THE 2GATHR PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH OUR TERMS, US, OR OUR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN DAMAGES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Availability of our services

Our Services may be interrupted, including for maintenance, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or all of our Services, including certain features and the support for certain devices and platforms, at any time.

Content policy

Any violation of these policies may result in removed content, temporary or permanent suspension of accounts, or other restrictions.

We do not allow

  • Bullying or harassment
  • Threats and incitement to violence
  • Hateful behavior and / or ideology
  • Spamming
  • Vote manipulation
  • Sexual or suggestive content
  • Soliciting or facilitating illegal or prohibited transactions
  • 2gathr must not be used to solicit or facilitate any transaction involving certain goods and services, including firearms and ammunition, explosives, drugs, paid services involving physical sexual contact, stolen goods, personal information, falsified official documents or currency, fraudulent services
  • Impersonation of individuals or entities in a misleading or deceptive manner
  • Violent and graphic content
  • Intellectual property violations
